Hello, 

my name is Michaela Griffin and  I am currently a student at College Of Sourthen Nevada. I am working towards my AA degree in Early Childhood Education. I have made this portfolio to showcase my work that I've completed during my time here at CSN. 

I was born in Richmond,CA and raised in Las Vegas, NV. I graduated in 2012 from Sunrise Mountsin HS. I have always had a passion for teaching and knew at an early age that I wanted to work with children. I want to work with young children because I believe we are the first people who will make an impact on the children lives. 

I let fear keep me from starting my teaching journey,but after watching my dad walk across the stage in 2017 and getting his degree, I knew I could do the same thing. When I graduate I want to become a preschool teacher and help be the change in their life and shape their young minds.
